At your age?: First you need to stop smoking. You need to see an allergist or pulmonologist to get a better treatment plan and to find out if you have a protein deficiency known as alpha1 antitrypsin which can lead to early emphysema. I have yet had a patient with asthma needing oxygen at your age even with a smoker. Yes scoliosis can impact your lung capacity and i hope you have been under orthopedic care.
