Chronic ear infectio: My concern would be-- why has he been on antibiotics for so long.There must be an underlying problem causing his ear infection.

Constant ear infect: Yes you should be concerned and you may need another opinion. Someone needs to find out why the infections are happening. Sometimes it is allergy eg. Cows milk allergy that keep the infections going. Get more opinions on cause and treatment. Discuss with allergist.
