Odd: Not sure how a heart cath would cause scrotal bleeding but if it's on on-going problem, you need to go to the er and be seen. You've tried all the home remedies. It's not safe to stop Aspirin or Brilinta (ticagrelor) after a heart cath if you've had a stent placed.

Brilinta (ticagrelor): Anti platelet med. ? Bleeding at cath site! or another spot? Local pressure and time is good choice. If at cath site, see cardiologist now.
