Red flag: Chest pain is always a red flag. I am suggesting to visit the urgent care or er for further investigation and treatment. Better safe then sorry.

If you are coughing: Very much or have chest congestion - this could lead to chest tightness or discomfort. Excessive coughing can also strain intercostal muscles. Are you experiencing any difficulty breathing or wheezing ? Recommend medical evaluation.
