Ok: You are in the normal range. BP changes during the day with activity levels, eating , drinking, smoking. Etc.

No problem: The top number and the bottom number do not have a fixed relationship to each other. Conditions of your health and activity can change either one. Your heart rate is a classic number for a healthy heart at rest. If you have weakness in one arm/leg, pain in the chest, swelling of your feet, or shortness of breath you need a physician - regardless of the numbers. Headache is a separate problem.
