See a Doctor: I wish i could help more, but acute onset of full body pain is difficult to diagnose without a thorough history and physical exam. It may be anything from a virus to a toxin to rheumatic disease, just too hard to tell from this information. I hope everything turns out okay and you feel better soon. Best of luck.
