Yes but: The hpv vaccine Gardasil protects you against 4 types of hpv :type 6, 11, 16 and 18. It will only protect you from types that you have not been already exposed to. If you have genital warts you likely have been exposed to type 6 or 11. The vaccine can not help you there but it can protect you aginst the others. Less than 1% have all four types by age 26. Get vaccinated.

HPV: Yes. The genital warts are from type 9 and type 11. The vaccine will protect you from type 16 and 18, that are related to cervical cancer.
