My optometrist prescribed +0.25-0.50x160/+75 and +0.25-0.50x010 /+75 do i have astigmatism ?do i need glasses? or is it minor and i can skip glasses?

Unlikely: This is a very minor prescription and unless you have very significant needs for the last little detail, then you can skip it. The optometrist is just trying to sell you a profitable eyeglass.
