Probably dry air: More than likely, your nosebleeds are not serious, but rather due to dryness in the plane cabin. If you do not have other associated bleeding tendencies, such as bleeding gums while brushing your teeth, easy bruisability, then i would suggest you take a q-tip with vaseline and apply in your nostrils before flight. If this is persistent, you may need to see an ENT to have the vessel cauterized.
