Uneven articular. ..: ...Surface under the knee cap (patella), even though the fraction was not displaced there is trauma 2 the cartilage under the patella. Changes in the structure of the surface takes a while 2 develop as there's no blood supply 2 it . If trouble descending stairs, squatting increase the trouble, an mr may b needed as well as an arthroscopic procedure, .
