Addiction: I'm so sorry you are in chronic pain at such a young age. But you have your whole life ahead of you and can deal with this, but not alone. There are actually many alternatives now to what you are currently using to deal with the pain. Luckily, you live in a big city with several excellent options for evaluation and treatment. Contact medical school department of physical medicine ; rehabilitation.

Seek Help: You can consult with a pain specialist or addicition specialist. Iwould also suggest seeing a hypnotherapist and or chinese medicine acupuncture physician to help you begin to manage your pain and tramadol problem. It is awesome that you are willing to take the first step and ask or help.
