See oral, surgeon: The best thing for you to do is to see an oral surgeon about this swelling. Get the proper diagnosis and treatment. There are salivary glands in this area that sometimes get blocked, called a mucocele. Something the size of a grape may needs treatment.

See a dentist: See a dentist to determine whether it is an infection or something else. You may have one or multiple dental problems. Only a dentist can determine what is going on and what treatment is necessary.
