What is this found on ct abdomen? coarse parenchymal calcification along the falciform ligament anteriorly at the margin of the liver

Nothing: i call this over reading.but they have to described every thing as they see it. any way you liver apparently good. calcification of the falciform ligament has no clinical significance. discuss with your physician.
