I have had this little bump on the side of my foot(near big toe) for months it looks like skin has accumulated there and it is painful when pressed ?

Callous/ cyst: If skin is hardened maybe a callous due to sheer pressure. Use otc products or inserts to off weight. If it is fluctuant, maybe a cyst . If hard, then maybe an exostosis or bone spur. Need to be evaluated by a doctor.
