i have a yellowish blister looking bump on the side of my foot. it feels as though a small rock or something might be in it.the skin has grown over it?

Foreign body: Your description suggests that this lesion might be a foreign body such as a splinter. Since it is not resolving on its' own a visit might be in order, but if it is not getting bigger, red or more tender it is also not likely to need urgent attention.
