Is it possible to be allergic to all fruits and vegetables?

Dr. John Chiu answered

Unlikely: Although certain fruits or vegetable share common allergens, it is highly unlikely that anyone can be allergic to all. For example, people allergic to ragweed may have problem with banana, melon, and cantaloupe. People allergic to birch pollen may react to apple, pear etc.
