Colonoscopy showed nothing. i get lower r ab pain simultaneous /w carpal tunnel, sciatica, skin and mostly digestive issues, but don't know how they're related. alcohol / certain foods make it worse?

Unrelated: I cannot think of a connection between those issues age? Detail of symptoms, other diagnoses, obesity? Without proper history it is not easy to come up with a diagnosis.

Yes bread and beer : The combination of abdominal pain (cramps), neurological syptoms, skin rash, and "digestive" problems (?Gas, bloat, diarrhea, mucous in stool) suggests an food allergy, such as gluten, the protein from wheat that permeates prepared foods. The spectrum of gluten allergy is broad, recent oslo criteria for diagnosis were published. A diary of all symptoms/foods/ times provides corret diagnosis.
