Unlikely: I am sure you are talking about angina and its radiation to the arms. A continuous feeling for some time in the arm is not angina either but something else. Prolonged angina will have then resulted in heart attack. On the other hand brugada syndrome is a pattern of ekg seen mostly in asians, wherein those involved developed irregular heart rate and sudden death from the arrhythmia.
