Good old cold!: Sounds like you have a good ol' cold. Congestion from the cold gives that pressure feeling, and the drainage can cause the cough. Kinda green means the body is sending white blood cells to fight the infection - that's a good thing. Since no fever or aches, doubt influenza or sinus infection. Wait 10-14 days with symptomatic care (humidifier, saline rinses of sinuses...) and if not better, doctor.
