My dr gave me my effxr taper (only been on a total of 3 mths) 75 for 1 wk, 37.5 1 week, 20 mg 1 week, cut those in 1/2- 1 week. scared 4 withdrawals. will i be ok?

No guarantees: Tapering helps ; you were not on a very high dose to begin with (nor wee you on it for very long). You may or may not have some discontinuation symptoms.

That is very : Conservative. I would think with the taper that's that slow that you would be highly unlikely to experience any form of significant antidepressant discontinuation symptoms. Best wishes.
