See answer: It appears you likely have two separate problems: both a UTI (urgency, frequency, burning with urination) and a vaginitis (discharge, redness, itching/burning). Most common causes of vaginitis: yeast, bacterial vaginosis, and trichomonas. I would recommend appropriate antibiotic for UTI bacteria and accurate diagnosis of vaginitis with std screening to determine appropriate vaginitis treatment.
