Symantics: Your physician may have specifically asked the question "is there an aneurysm?" the correct response of the radiologist is to answer the question directly, which is what is meant by "no frank aneurysm..." if that question wasn't specifically asked, the radiologist would likely conclude in his impression that the study is normal. Mra would not likely see an aneurysm smaller than 5mm.

Brain aneurysm coiled 2013 all scans since have showed occlusion. Recent MRA however reported small area of flow irregularity in this area. It says this could be technique related. I am so worried.
My mra brain (no contrast) said everything was fine. My doctor said no aneurysms but the report says no medium or large aneurysms why does the report say no small ones too? Could I have a small one and they just didnt mention it on the report?
