Other possibilities: You didn't say your age or whether or not you have ever had a successful pregnancy. Other possibilities would include blocked tubes which can only be seen with a hysterosalpingogram study. Have you had pelvic infections in the past? If all your testing remains normal, it is time for your partner to be tested as well, as male infertility can also be caused by a variety of reasons.
