Hydrate: You will resolve this problem. Continue what you are currently doing, add more liquids, tea, water, broth, dilute juice daily. Up to 1.5 liters daily. Decrease caffeine, it dehydrates. Add fiber, up to 4 or 6 tabs daily. Use over the counter mag citrate laxative. If not moving your bowels in 5 days, consider a GI consult for colonoscopy. Be well.

Constipation: None of those will help unless you are drinking enough liquids. Constipation is very common among people who have had weight loss surgery. You need to make sure you are drinking at least 64 ounces of liquid (water is fine) a day. If that doesn't help, try taking MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) daily as well. The key is liquid intake.
