My 2 y/o son is constipated. what can i give him? should i put small amount of milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) in his milk? or is he too young?hasnt pooped in 2 days

Constipation: Reduce milk and milk products in his diet. Increase fiber in the form of vegetables and fruit as well as figs, prunes, and raisins as well as nuts give high fiber cereals as well.. For now use a glycerine suppository for relief.
