I sprained my ankle last friday not have bruising in my to middletown does are you still getting numb and or cold to the touch is that normal ?

Yes: Answer hard to decipher but it sounds like you sprained your ankle and have bruising and numbness into your toes..? This is fairly typical of moderate ankle sprains as the bleeding / swelling progresses w/ gravity into your foot. Numbness is usually caused by the swelling around digital nerves. It should go away as swelling subsides. See pcp or ors. Good luck!
