Growth and Ulcer: Probably coincidental but unrelated. To diagnose the cause of what you describe as "Growth and Ulcer" requires physical examination, review of health history, meds, etc, history of trauma, possibly lab tests/imaging/biopsy. Please see your General Dentist or primary care physician, or specialist Oral Surgeon/Oral Pathologist/ENT to begin the diagnostic process.
