Idiopathic: Testicular pain (unknown cause). Painful testicles can be very worrying, annoying and can be caused by many conditions. If the pain i sudden and severe see s doctor immediately. If the pain is mild and longer than a few days call doctor and schedule appointment.

Sounds like: Epididymitis! A course of anitbiotics usually solves the problem. A varicocele also can causes pain. See your PCP and ask about these two conditions!
