I have a rash like symptom in the creases of my thighs at the top. should i try lotrimin (clotrimazole) af first?

Yes: This could be intertrigo and yeast is common on this instance. Lotrimin (clotrimazole) can work on yeast. It could be combined with diaper cream. If resistant see dermatologist for prescription cream based on diagnosis. In resistant cases oral medications may be necessary.
