1-3 episodes of diarrhea every 3-4 days for about 4 months, also very tired, especially after diarrhea, what could it be?

Diarrhea: This is usually due to a colonic inflammatory condition and whether it is infectious or not will require an exam of the stools with cultures, ova and parasites, cellularily, etc. Furthermore you may need colonoscopy. Would list all your symptoms and their sequence and associations and take the list with you to a GI doctor. Good luck and hope this stops soon.
