Voiding dysfunction: Often the main problem has gone on for years. This is a very difficult problem to care for because it takes years. I recommend MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) (otc) daily for 6 months to years as necessary to maintain a normal stool and normal daily stooling pattern. May want to discuss this with you pediatrician.
