See below: If you have not seen a rheumatologist, you may want to consider it. Swollen feet can be from other causes such as heart failure and kidney disease but it can also be from inflammatory arthritis such as RA and gout.

Neuropathy ??: Peirhaps some type of neuropthy couls cause such symptoms it would be best to consult with your pcp first ? Do you have an elevated uric acid level.
