usually my periods are very heavy & last a week. my last one was a day and a half & very light. could i be pregnant? i also have pcos.

Always possible: Many women will have one last light period after conception and initial implantation. Check a pregnancy test. If neg, then wait to see if your next period is normal.
As far as your pcos diagnosis, i would have to know more of your history.
