Not usually!: Remember, the uterus at 4 weeks is only 6-8 cm and very low in the pelvis. I doubt that the kick bothered your new little one. The uterus is thick and muscular and the embryo is in a well protected sack. You need to protect yourself from getting injured, however, for this is not good for you or your pregnancy.
