Don't know: I am sorry to hear about your dad. It would be distressing to anyone. I don't think anyone can really answer your question - there are two many unknown and uncontrollable variables in such a situation to know the outcome ahead of time, esp remotely. At this time the most important thing you can do for yourself and for him is to be there for him. Keep talking to his doctors. Good luck to your dad!
