Taking clonazepam for almost a week now, but today i have started to feel off balance is this a side effect, will it last or go away with time?

Clonazepam effect: Clonazepam may result in dizziness and trouble with balance. Hopefully, it will subside. If it does not in several days, you should contact your prescribing doctor to discuss lowering the dose or stopping it altogether.

Long acting: Clonazepam is a long acting tranquilizer related to valium and can cause dizziness and loss of balance. Discuss this with your md who may want to lower your dose or discontinue it. . I would not expect you to "get used" to the medication.
