Near syncope: Near syncope can be caused by many things including, but not limited to metabolic causes such as diabetes (low/high blood sugar levels), low or high blood pressure, anxiety disorders, heart disorders (certain abnormal rhythms), dehydration, as a few examples. You should see a doctor for an evaluation and get some testing to see if your cause can be found. Best wishes to you.
