Pain? Growing?: 2 weeks out, you should not have a new hematoma. If it's been there since post op, cool/warm compresses alternating should help. Ultimately, please contact your surgeon.

Call your surgeon: I this occurs during the first few days after surgery, it is sometimes best to re-operate and drain/wash out the would and re- close. Two weeks is a bit long gift that, and the blood is spread into the tissues and not easily removed. May be best to wait until it reabsorbs, and that takes up to several weeks. See you surgeon to find out what's best in your case.
