Implantation: Implantation bleeding is much more common on the internet than in real life. It occurs rarely and exclusively in someone who is pregnant. The only way to know if someone had implantation bleeding or just irregular menstrual bleeding is to wait and see if you are pregnant. If your test is positive then this was implantation bleeding. If it is negative then it is just irregular menstrual bleeding.

Implantation spottin: Women report spotting or bleeding around the time of implantation. Most describe this to be brown in color, some mention it to be reddish. Most report only a few drops of blood - maybe one to two small red or brown spots in the underwear. If you miss your period get a home test kit from the pharmacy and test a first am voided urine.
