See your Dr.,,: You need to see your doctor for your baby's treatment. You may need treatment also as this is in water and soil, as well as food. The treatment is Metronidazole or nitroimidazole for simple intestinal infection. It's very important to get treated soon to avoid possible serious complications. Good luck.
