Well.............: Health benefits of alcohol intake include wine, beer and liquor (not including what you mix it in). Red wine is not significantly better. Studies show that people who drink 1-2 standard size beverages a day have better cardiovascular outcomes than those who do not. One standard beverage is 12 oz beer, 5 oz wine, or 1.5 oz liquor. Any day with more than 2 is not as good, so more is not better.
