Rifampin: Do not know why your "heart is racing", but unlikely to be due to Rifampin unless an allergic phenomenon. The color of your urine is due to Rifampin and you should have been told about this when given the drug. It is a harmless occurrence, and although many people think that they are bleeding it is only excretion of metabolites of this medication.
