Yes it can,what caus: Yes it can and with your symptoms of headache, nausea and nervousness and depending on cause of brain damage, you need to be evaluated by a neurologist and a neuro ophthalmologist asap.You are 16 years old and have to be taken by your parents to the doctors, if this question pertains to you. You are taking resperidone for bipolar disorder or schizophrenia?Follow up with your psychiatrist as well.
