Prenatal care: You need good prenatal care, regular visits with your OB or family practice doctor. You should be following up with your endocrinologist or whoever gives you your thyroid replacement medication, levothyroxine. If it's been more than a year since the last time your TSH was checked, it should be checked immediately. I would probably get one now if it has been longer than 6 months.
