Irrelevant: You should brew for your personal taste. The issue of health and coffee/caffeine has been going on for decades. No study convincingly shows any ill effects other than the obvious sleep effects and some degree of minor tremor in the susceptible. Otherwise coffee is enjoyable, but in no way a health product.
