I get a lot of heart thumps and feel as if everything affects it. did ekg and was fine except for heart murmur. what could be wrong i have low iron?

Ecg: Ecg records electrical activity not sound. A murmur is sound produced by cardiac activity. If ECG is normal that's great. If you also had normal echocardiogram then chances are your heart is fine. Low iron can cause palpitations if it causes anemia.
