STD: Be patient. The results will be forthcoming soon. Cannot comment on your chances for having an std since unaware of your history or results of exam and labs beyond what you have indicated. By the way, have no idea what mcp is (there are 139 possible interpretations that can be found easily). Good luck and hope this clears up soon.
