Think food allergy: Some foods, especially raw or lightly cooked fruit or vegetables, are simply hard for some people to digest. Doctors frequently can't explain why. If you really like these foods, try again and chew them well and don't eat too much at a time. If they bother you again, simply stay away from them. Our digestive systems are not created all the same.
