Have it looked at: In over 30 years i don't recall ever seeing a palatal torus that was not along the midline. I would have your dentist or an oral surgeon look at it.

No: A palatal torus is a bilateral midline benign boney growth, but can be larger on one side than the other. It should be painless and exceptionally slow growing or no longer growing. Recommend that you see your Dentist or an Oral Surgeon immediately.

Maxillary Tori: Good day; I believed maxillary tori can be unilateral or bilateral and found in a singular or multiple numbers. They are usually of no consequence but require relief if a dental prosthesis is covering them.
