After removing: Implanon it can take 1-2 months for your periods to come back to normal. If a woman doesn't get her period by 2 months after then i recommend seeing her doctor to figure out why she isn't ovulating. Lack of ovulation can be from stress, weight gain or loss, too much soy or thyroid problem. An ovulation test doesn't work unless a woman is having regular periods.
